We do not send promotional marketing blasts. All messages are relevant to your inquiry or treatment journey.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to our SMS program by:

- Submitting a contact or insurance verification form on our website and checking the SMS consent box
- Verbally consenting to receive texts during an admissions or intake call with our team
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from Roseville Recovery Center at that number.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply with the keyword:
STOP
After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt in.

6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary and is not guaranteed by all carriers. Roseville Recovery Center is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier limitations.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. The following applies to all SMS communications:
- Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
