These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Roseville Recovery Center text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Roseville Recovery Center's SMS program is designed to provide helpful, supportive communication to individuals seeking or currently receiving addiction treatment services. Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Admissions follow-up and intake information
• Insurance verification updates
• Treatment program information and resources
• General recovery support and wellness reminders
• Responses to inbound text inquiries

We do not send promotional marketing blasts. All messages are relevant to your inquiry or treatment journey.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

• Texting us directly at (916) 899-4581
• Submitting a contact or insurance verification form on our website and checking the SMS consent box
• Verbally consenting to receive texts during an admissions or intake call with our team

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from Roseville Recovery Center at that number.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply with the keyword:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt in.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received as part of this program. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and data plan. Roseville Recovery Center does not charge any fees for participation in this SMS program beyond applicable carrier rates.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary and is not guaranteed by all carriers. Roseville Recovery Center is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier limitations.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. The following applies to all SMS communications:

• Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Information you share via text message is treated with the same confidentiality as information shared through any other channel, including protections under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 where applicable.
• We may use third-party messaging platforms to deliver SMS messages. These platforms are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Confidentiality of Health Information via Text

Please be aware that standard SMS text messaging is not a fully encrypted communication channel. We recommend that you do not send sensitive personal health information (such as detailed medical history, insurance account numbers, or Social Security numbers) via text message. 9. Changes to These Terms
